Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore included in this recent photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a key identifying distinct parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as designs for dock shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the continuing congressional process.
